Retail Returns Policy
Examine the items carefully. You buy second-hand products ‘as seen’, including any flaws or wear and tear.
No returns are accepted for items bought in store unless for some reason it is faulty. Due to the nature of consignment we cannot offer returns for change of mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to firstly exchange or replace faulty goods, and failing to do that, provide a refund.
This returns policy is for our physical and digital sales.
